How to cancel the social poster

Just write an email to us atsupport@social-poster.de

Please enter the following data, then your cancellation can be processed as soon as possible:

1. Email with which you purchased the product
2. Order ID or No.

You can also cancel in your social poster account.

This goes like this:

1. Click on your image in the top right
2. Click Billing in the menu
3. Click on the blue button „Digistore Subscription Info“

Click on „End Test Phase“ or „End Subscription“

On the next page you can give us feedback on why you cancel and then click on the blue „Stop payments and lose access later“ button at the bottom.
